Strategy, but make it bold

 

The more serious an organisation’s offering, the more serious their documents need to be. Right? 

Well, when the London Ambulance Service approached us to create a new visual identity for their future strategy, they wanted to ditch their traditional look and feel, for something bold, modern and memorable.

This project took the organisation’s existing brand identity and ran with it. Building off their core brand guidelines, we needed to find ways to be more playful, engaging and unexpected. 

The team wanted new fonts, colours, and illustration to deliver their exciting goals with an energy to match. We worked up different routes and illustration styles, guiding them through the endless visual possibilities. 

Our one document soon grew to include a series of inspiring posters, for staff to put up in ambulance stations across the city. 

The team were thrilled with the final product, and we were delighted to join them at their strategy launch event in Westminster. (We’ve never said that before about a strategy launch!)
